Second, glue bubble appears.

The glue bubble phenomenon is one of the common glue filling problems in the product filling process. The reasons for the glue bubble problem are as follows.

1. There are air bubbles in the machine glue storage barrel when adding glue, it is good to remove the air bubbles in the glue by vacuuming after adding glue.

2. The air bubbles produced by the glue are produced by the high speed mixing when AB mixing. If so, only static mixing, not dynamic mixing.
